Prior to starting Medallion Entry Systems, Mr. Shumaker was Executive Vice President of Best Access Systems, a $250 million dollar manufacturer and distributor of commercial grade security products. At Best Access, where he spent 23 years, Shumaker held senior management positions in Product Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing and was at the forefront in developing most of the products still being sold today. During Shumakers tenure the management team grew the company from approximately $85 million to $250 million in revenue in five years.

Don Miller - Vice President Sales

Mr. Miller brings to Medallion Entry Systems, more than 20 years of experience in stainless steel door and frame sales and manufacturing. For the past 10 years Miller successfully developed and managed domestic and international sales operations for Emerson Engineering Company as their National Sales Manager. Prior to his career at Emerson, Miller worked as a sales executive for Central Indiana Hardware, the largest distributor of commercial hardware and hollow metal in Indiana, and one of the top 10 hardware dealers in the U.S.

A seasoned business owner, Mr. McKay has more than 29 years of experience in the metal service industry specializing in stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. Since 1990, McKay has built Medallion Metals, Inc. into a $5 Million dollar value-added distributor of non-ferrous and specialty metals.
